3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate information regarding the items to be removed, the location, and any special circumstances (e.g., stairs, restricted access, hazardous conditions).

Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the service area.

For rentals, customers are responsible for proper loading, safe use, and compliance with local disposal regulations.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not accept or remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

Chemicals, solvents, paints, oils, asbestos, medical waste, or explosives.

Any materials prohibited by local, state, or federal law.
If such items are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse service and/or apply additional charges.
5. Liability

While we take great care in performing our services, Luke’s Haul Off is not liable for damage to driveways, landscaping, surfaces, or underground utilities that may reasonably occur during the normal course of junk removal or equipment placement.

Customers are responsible for securing or removing fragile items prior to service.

Our liability for any proven damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Rental Terms

Rental periods are based on daily rates as specified on our website. Additional charges may apply for extended use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that rented equipment is not overloaded, moved without authorization, or used for prohibited materials.

Failure to comply with rental terms may result in additional fees.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services in cases of unsafe conditions, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
